Still Pregnant

37 weeks
Yep, I'm still pregnant- feeling big, swollen and tired of people asking me when I WAS due... Come on Gabby don't you want to make an early appearance like your brothers did? No, but seriously- stay in there as long as you need; healthy is more important then Mommy's comfort any day! Can't wait to meet you!!

My BABY

Doesn't my baby look so grown-up? No more baby fat! I have been feeling a little heartache lately as we prepare for Gabby to come; knowing that my Kai-guy won't be my baby anymore. He is such a sweet guy and more importantly such a Mama's boy- I will miss him being my baby!

Lanshe Family Reunion 2009

We had a little Lanshe (Bredensteiner) get-together here in Washington the second week of August. My parents, all four of my brothers and my sister-in-law all came out and we headed to Eastern Washington (Lake Roosevelt) for a week long camping extravaganza. Many people thought I was crazy to camp at 34 weeks of pregnancy, but it really wasn't all that bad. In fact, my spiffy blow-up mattress that my sweet hubby bought me was probably more comfortable then my bed at home anyway (yes, we are getting a new mattress).

Barring the millions of yellow jackets that plagued our camp and the few rain spells; we had a great time just hanging out with family, playing lots of games, riding in the boat my parents rented, fishing, and eating plenty of junk food. My boys LOVED being with all their uncles, aunts and their Grammy and Grampy- what a fun trip. We can't wait until the next one!

Eph tubing with his daddy

Kai tubing with his daddy ( I could hardly watch!)

Grampy and Clay had fun fishing- this is Clay's first of four fish!

Shaun fishing (it took him awhile but he did actually catch a fish!)

Grammy getting in some quiet reading time while the guys fish.

My husband does weird things when he camps...
