A huge sticky mess!

When Clay says "cheese" he always holds his jaw crooked for some reason.
First of all I just have to say "I HATE POTTY TRAINING!!!!" Now that I've gotten that off my chest I can proceed with some literary decency. We have been actively potty training Clay for a little over a week now (and by active I mean wearing exclusively underwear during the day) and its been a nightmare. I feel manipulated, frustrated, irritated, aggravated and the list goes on. It is a constant power battle with this kid. When he wants a toy, sticker, money, or treat (you name it we've tried it) he is willing to give us a couple potty runs but then he gets bored and I get to clean up another mess! When I talk to him after an accident he opens his eyes real wide and nods his head all the while grinning like he is plotting for some future torture. My mom tells me that he sounds like me; I guess the old saying is true that "what goes around comes around"...boy am a sorry now! No, but seriously I love this kid with my whole heart but I'm about to send him away at least until he's using the potty full-time. My only thread of hope comes from people insisting that none of my other kids will be this hard to train in the future; and if they are I'm sending them to you (yes, you all know who you are!).
There is the upside though to this whole brutal experience (1) Clay is always running around in cute little underwear, (2) I've probably already started to save on diapers (but I guess that just moved over for carpet cleaner) and (3) we've had a lot more family time (never mind its in the bathroom).
But seriously LIFE IS GOOD!!
Josh is such a great uncle!
Yea! Finally some baby rolls.
Sharing a little piece of us with you...
