Best buddies, Kai totally loves Kaleb he kept trying to climb up wherever Kaleb was sitting- he can't wait until they can both run around!
Jon and I have always loved to camp and I am so stoked that my boys have such an affinity to it too! They even go to sleep for us without much hassle AND at a fairly decent hour- giving us some time to hang out with all the other big people.
Everyone hanging around the campsite. We played this really cool murder game (thanks Jill), ate way too many marshymellows, and just talked- good times.
My first post ever was about last years big Ensign Ranch camping trip so I feel like I am a true blogger now. We were joined this year by our friends from last year and some newbies. We had such a blast- what a great group of people to campout with!! The weather was circulating between rain, overcastness, and perfect hot sunshine- not too bad for WA. We had fun setting up the tent in the rain and getting rained out on our carefully planned out picnic dinner (in which we all fled to our tiny shelter and ate soggy hot dogs and froze our buns off (ha-ha get it, so funny).
We did the slip'n slide again this year and Clay was a total daredevil! Last year, he would only do it a couple of times on Jon's lap and Eph loved it. This year, he was rockin' the whole time (mostly all by himself!!).
Okay, I know all my pics are by the fire but we were having too much fun to have a camera with us all the time! Plus, the Ellis' have some pics of the slip'n slide I'll post later, promise!
We were invited to attend sacrament on Sunday with a Korean branch that comes to Ensign Ranch every year. The sacrament testimony service was also attended by one othe area Seventy (his name escapes me at the moment)- so that was cool. There was a translator there but I didn't get a headset until halfway through the meeting. It was such an incredible experience- Icould feel the spirit even though I only remember a handful of words in Korean. What amazing testimonies- the Church is TRUE!!! Another cool part was that I can still remember how to read Korean so I could sing the hymns with them in Korean which was such an awesome thing for me. It kind of reignited my desire to relearn Hangook (Korean). They even invited us back next year!
Who could have asked for a better weekend?!
See you all next year!

You guys are very brave. "Parents of the year" award goes to you two for taking three boys camping! You make it look like fun!
Hey! So I am going to try to get you that stuff asap but I'll have to be sneaky since you know who is visiting this weekend.
I also tagged you so go to my blog and see what you're in for.
The joy of camping in Washington. You can never forget the tarp. One minute it is 90 outside and the next you are running into your tent darting the rain drops.
